As a Senior Software Engineer, I've had opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge digital products. The company culture generally encourages collaboration and learning, and there's a genuine effort towards work-life balance, especially with flexible remote work options available for many roles.
Cons: While collaboration is strong, sometimes communication across different project teams or departments can be a bit siloed, leading to occasional inefficiencies. Career growth paths could be more clearly defined for technical roles, and sometimes project scopes can shift rapidly, which, while common in consulting, can be challenging to manage workload-wise without proactive adjustment.
