Pros: I've enjoyed my time as a Software Engineer at Stash. The team is collaborative, and I've learned a lot about building scalable financial products. The company culture is pretty inclusive, and I appreciate the flexibility of working remotely. There's a good sense of camaraderie.
Cons: While job security is decent, there's always a bit of underlying uncertainty common in the tech sector. Sometimes project prioritization can be a bit unclear, leading to shifting deadlines. I think clearer communication on long-term strategic goals would be beneficial for everyone's peace of mind.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering open communication, especially regarding company direction and how individual roles contribute to long-term stability. This would further boost morale and job security perception.
