Pros: The biggest perk here is definitely the work flexibility. Being a remote role for a tech consulting firm means you can often structure your day to fit your life, which I really appreciated. The team I worked with was incredibly supportive and collaborative, always willing to help out on complex projects. I learned a lot about different technologies and client needs.
Cons: While flexibility is high, there can be periods with intense workloads, especially when project deadlines converge. Sometimes, communication on long-term strategic goals could be clearer from leadership, and I think a more defined path for career progression beyond just project work would be beneficial for employees looking to grow long-term within the company.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more formal mentorship programs and clearer career ladders to help employees see and plan for their future growth within Digialpha. Improved communication around strategic direction would also be valuable.
