The team is fantastic – always willing to help and collaborate, which makes tackling challenging tasks much easier. Leadership is present and generally approachable, providing direction and feedback when needed.
Cons: While leadership is supportive, internal communication regarding project priorities or upcoming changes sometimes feels a bit disjointed. This can occasionally lead to confusion or last-minute adjustments. Improving the clarity and frequency of top-down communication would be beneficial for smoother operations.
