Pros: The team environment at RiseTech was a definite highlight; everyone was collaborative and willing to help out. I learned a lot about modern software development practices and got exposure to new technologies, which was great for my career growth. The company culture was generally positive, and there was a good sense of camaraderie among colleagues. The flexibility for remote work was also a big plus for maintaining work-life balance.
Cons: My main concern throughout my tenure was the perceived job security. Given it's a growing tech company, there were always whispers about market shifts and funding rounds, which made me feel a bit uneasy at times. While pay was competitive for a Software Engineer in the industry, benefits could have been more robust. Leadership communication could also be more transparent about long-term company direction.
