Pros: The best part of my role at Zero Point was definitely the team. I was surrounded by smart, driven colleagues who were always willing to help out or share knowledge. The company culture encourages collaboration and offers a good balance for junior roles.
Cons: While my team was efficient, cross-departmental communication often felt like a bottleneck. This led to some frustrating delays and rework on projects. The onboarding process could also be more structured to help new hires ramp up faster. Some senior leadership communication felt a bit distant, making it hard to grasp the broader company direction.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving inter-departmental communication and streamlining project workflows. Clearer communication from senior leadership about strategic goals would also be beneficial for employee alignment.
