The team is fantastic – very collaborative and always willing to help each other out. We're building something cool, and there's a strong sense of shared mission. Leadership is open to feedback and genuinely wants to build a positive culture.
Cons: Being a startup, job security can feel a bit uncertain depending on funding rounds. Sometimes communication about major strategic shifts could be clearer, and during crunch times, the workload can become quite intense. There's also a need for more structured career progression paths as the company scales.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in clear, consistent communication, especially around company direction and any changes in strategy. Establishing more formal mentorship or career pathing programs would also greatly benefit employee development as the company grows.
