Cons: While career growth is definitely encouraged, the pathways for advancement aren't always super clear, which can be a bit challenging as a Quality Engineer looking long-term. Also, during peak production cycles in the LED industry, the workload can become pretty intense, sometimes stretching work-life balance a little thin. Streamlining communication between production and engineering could also help reduce minor bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency in the manufacturing process.
