Pros: The hybrid model helps a lot, letting you mix WFH and office days in the NYC office. For many marketing roles, I found it mostly manageable to hit my deadlines and still have some evenings free.
Cons: But some quarters get super intense, especially before major product launches or campaign deadlines. You can easily work 50+ hours during those crunch times, which isn't ideal for consistent work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out the workload peaks, especially in departments like marketing. More realistic deadlines or better resource allocation could prevent burnout during busy periods.
