As a Software Engineer, I've had the chance to work on meaningful projects. The company culture fosters good teamwork, and my colleagues are always willing to lend a hand. There's a decent level of flexibility in how work gets done, and management is generally supportive of new ideas.
Cons: While there's good job security and a stable environment, career progression can feel a bit slow at times, with opportunities for advancement not always clearly defined. During peak project phases, the workload can become quite intense, leading to longer hours. Improving communication channels for cross-departmental projects would also be beneficial.
