Cons: Career growth here is really slow, honestly. There's just not a clear path for promotion once you're past the initial design role. Raises aren't huge even with good performance reviews, so it feels like you hit a ceiling pretty quickly.
Advice to Management: Create clearer promotion tracks for junior engineers and invest more in leadership development. It would help a lot with retaining talent.
