Pros: The immediate engineering teams are really solid. My direct manager was generally supportive and gave good feedback. I also learned a ton working on complex software development projects with smart folks in the Chicago, IL office.
Cons: Leadership higher up often felt out of touch with the day-to-day work for us Software Engineers. Big decisions came down from the top without much input from the teams actually doing the engineering. It made it tough to feel heard sometimes.
