Established in December 2025 by funds managed by IFM Investors, Mobius Renewables continues to expand its platform and capabilities. In 2026, the acquisition of Air Liquide’s global biogas production operations—alongside the integration of GreenGasUSA’s portfolio—marked a major milestone, bringing together complementary assets and expertise under one unified platform.
