Pros: I really appreciated the emphasis on teamwork and learning at Provident. As someone newer to the financial industry, I felt supported by my colleagues and had many chances to develop new skills. The company culture is generally collaborative, and there's a good sense of community among many departments.
Cons: While there's flexibility, the approval process for certain requests can sometimes feel bureaucratic and slow. Also, during busy periods in our sector, the workload can become quite intense, making work-life balance challenging for a short while. Career progression pathways could be clearer for some roles.
Advice to Management: Streamline some internal approval processes and perhaps offer more structured mentorship programs to enhance career growth visibility for employees.
