Pros: I really appreciated the flexibility ScrollTab offered, especially being a remote role. It made managing personal life alongside work quite manageable. The team environment was generally positive, with good collaboration among engineers. There were opportunities to learn new technologies and contribute to interesting projects within the SaaS industry.
Cons: During peak release cycles, the workload could become quite heavy, sometimes blurring the lines of work-life balance. I also felt that sometimes project priorities could shift abruptly, and more consistent communication from senior leadership about long-term strategy would have been helpful for alignment. Pay and benefits were competitive but not outstanding.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer, more consistent communication regarding strategic direction and project prioritization to help teams better manage workload and expectations, especially during intense periods. Investing more in employee development programs could also enhance career growth opportunities.
