Singleton was founded in 1995 by Chris Singleton and Nancy Doczy. In 2006, Nancy’s daughter, Denise Doczy-DeLong took over the business. Under Denise’s leadership, Singleton Construction has grown into a company doing 100’s of projects with seven of the top 20 retailers in the country. Some of our customers are CVS, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Publix, Kroger, Walmart, Walgreen’s, Target, Sevan, and JLL.
