Rating Reviews

review and is evolving.
Pros: The best part about working here is the people. Everyone is genuinely supportive and collaborative, which makes tackling projects a lot easier. I've learned a ton about supply chain management and lean manufacturing principles, especially as we've scaled. The company culture is generally positive and inclusive. It's a fast-paced environment within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
Cons: While flexibility is good, project approvals can sometimes feel a bit slow, which can impact turnaround times during peak seasons. I also think more structured career pathing would be beneficial for long-term employees looking to advance within the company beyond their initial roles.
Advice to Management: Streamline the internal approval process for cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency. Consider implementing more formalized mentorship or career development programs to support employee growth.
