Cons: Sometimes, directives from upper management felt a bit unclear, leading to occasional shifts in project priorities that could be disruptive. While the pay was decent for the industry in Colombia, it wasn't exceptional. Some colleagues also mentioned a desire for more structured career progression paths beyond just project-based learning.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more transparent and consistent communication channels for strategic decisions. More defined career ladders would also be greatly appreciated by the engineering teams.
