We are the modern classic, bringing the perfect fit and feel to timeless styles made accessible to the everyday man. Our philosophy has always been simple – we started out by just listening to what guys wanted and needed in a t-shirt. Our collection of everyday essentials is crafted with that same ethos and our customers in the driver’s seat. From ultra-comfortable denim (yes, we said comfortable and denim in the same sentence) to that first perfect fitting t-shirt that put us on the map, we design into premium quality fabrics made to last.
But it’s about more than just the guys who wear our clothes – we donate thousands of shirts monthly to local communities in need and partner with the Tiny House Project to help solve rising homelessness within the Veteran community. In our journey to help our community look good and feel good, we want to do some good along the way.

Pros: The team culture here is genuinely collaborative and supportive. I really appreciate the flexibility in work arrangements, which is great for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Seeing the direct impact of our digital marketing efforts on the company's rapid expansion is very rewarding. The leadership is generally approachable and open to new ideas.
Cons: While growth is exciting, it does mean processes can be a bit ad-hoc, and sometimes priorities shift quickly. Communication between departments could be more streamlined to avoid some of the confusion. Compensation and benefits are decent, but could probably be more competitive given the pace of the business.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the open communication and flexibility that make this place great. Investing more in formalized training and development programs could really enhance career growth for employees.

Pros: It's a pretty fast-paced environment, which can be good if you like to stay busy. The management team was usually approachable and willing to listen, though sometimes decisions took a while to filter down. For anyone looking to get experience in the e-commerce and apparel sector, this is a solid launchpad. The team camaraderie among associates was often a highlight, making shifts more enjoyable.
Cons: The biggest downside was the predictability of workflow; sometimes it felt like just pushing product through. While management was decent, there's definitely room for more strategic planning and clearer communication regarding growth and individual development paths. Sometimes, operational bottlenecks made things more stressful than they needed to be, especially during peak seasons.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the team spirit! Investing in clearer communication channels and more structured career pathing for operational roles would greatly benefit employee retention and satisfaction.

Pros: The team environment is really a highlight here. Everyone pitches in, and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie, which is great in a busy apparel e-commerce setting. I appreciate the opportunities to learn new aspects of the business and contribute to various projects. Seeing the company grow and being part of that momentum is rewarding. The Orlando office is a good hub for our operations.
Cons: Because True Classic is growing so quickly, sometimes standard operating procedures can feel a bit fluid. This can lead to occasional confusion or extra steps to get things done. While leadership is generally supportive, more consistent communication regarding company-wide changes could help everyone stay aligned. It's a minor point but can impact efficiency when things are constantly shifting.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster the collaborative spirit but consider formalizing some workflows to manage rapid expansion more smoothly. Clearer communication channels would be beneficial for all teams in the Orlando location and beyond.
