Pros: The health insurance plans are really good, that's a huge plus. As a Software Engineer, my base salary was competitive for the Austin, TX tech industry. The 401k match is also a decent perk.
Cons: Annual raises often felt underwhelming for technical roles. PTO doesn't really stack up to other mid-sized tech companies out there. You kinda have to fight for higher compensation.
Advice to Management: Look at the compensation structure for experienced hires. Boost PTO for long-term employees to improve retention.
