Tilt's mission is simple: Make Commerce Alive.

From static store builders to impersonal marketplaces, today's e-commerce ecosystem is ageing fast. It was built for transactions. Not for the new generation of merchants who grow through attention, community and personality.

Tilt is different. We've built a platform where sneakerheads, Y2K girlies, collectors, parents and creators don't just sell. They build loyal audiences and real businesses. In the UK alone, millions of shoppers have joined Tilt. Our sellers have gone from zero to £1M+ in earnings, and hundreds more earn above the UK median income.

We raised our Series A in 2024 and are live across the UK, Italy, Spain and Poland. Our founders Abhi Thanendran and Neil Shah built Tilt after seeing firsthand at Revolut what happens when you give ambitious people the right tools and get out of their way.

That same belief shapes how we build our team. We hire people who care deeply, move fast, and want real ownership over their work. If you want to build something that genuinely changes how people buy and sell online, we'd love to meet you.

Dynamic Startup Culture with Huge Learning Potential
Pros: The biggest plus for me was the unparalleled learning experience. As a Founder's Associate at this London tech startup, I gained direct exposure to high-level strategic decisions and cross-functional projects, which is invaluable. The company culture at Tilt is genuinely collaborative; everyone is approachable, supportive, and keen to help you develop. This kind of teamwork makes working in a fast-paced environment feel manageable and exciting. I felt truly empowered to take initiative, which
Cons: While the overall experience was positive, the workload, typical for a growing tech startup, could sometimes be intense, especially during critical project launches. This occasionally impacted work-life balance, requiring longer hours. Also, as an early-stage company, some internal processes for career progression and specific role definitions were still evolving. Clearer communication around future growth paths for Founder's Associate roles would be beneficial as the company scales.
Advice to Management: Continue to nurture the strong company culture and open communication channels. Consider formalizing career development paths for roles like the Founder's Associate as the company grows, to provide more clarity on advancement opportunities within the tech industry.
