Pros: The best part of working at ZaMED is the genuine commitment to work flexibility. Being able to work remotely from anywhere in Brazil has been a game-changer for my personal life. The company culture fosters a sense of trust and autonomy, which is greatly appreciated. Teams are generally collaborative and supportive, and the leadership team is visible and approachable. It's a good environment for anyone looking for a hybrid or remote role in health tech.
Cons: While flexibility is a major plus, the internal communication can sometimes feel a bit disjointed, especially across different departments or remote teams. Project prioritization could also be clearer to avoid occasional scope creep or shifting deadlines. Some team members feel that professional development opportunities, while present, could be more structured for career growth.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more centralized communication tools and clearer project roadmaps to enhance team alignment and predictability. Regular cross-departmental syncs could also be beneficial for streamlining operations.

Pros: ZaMED provides a stable work environment, which is crucial in the healthcare sector. I appreciate the flexibility offered, especially the remote work arrangements that have become common. The company culture is generally collegial, and there are opportunities to learn new procedures and technologies within the medical services industry. It's a good place to build foundational experience.
Cons: While job security is good, sometimes the operational processes could be streamlined. There are moments where clearer direction from leadership would improve efficiency, particularly with new technology rollouts. It would be beneficial to have more consistent feedback loops for individual development plans.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured feedback sessions and clearer, consistent communication channels for process updates to enhance team alignment and operational flow.
