Pros: I really appreciate the quality of the curriculum and the commitment to fostering genuine child development. It's inspiring to use resources that are so thoughtfully designed. The team I work with is also great – very collaborative and supportive of each other, which makes even busy days manageable. The flexibility in remote work arrangement is a big plus for me.
Cons: The biggest drawback is the inconsistent administrative support, which can lead to a heavy workload during peak times. Sometimes, it feels like there's a lot of paperwork and communication tasks that pull away from direct teaching. Better streamlining of these processes would really help improve the day-to-day experience.
Advice to Management: Consider investing in better administrative tools or additional support staff to ease the burden on educators, allowing more focus on teaching and child engagement.
