Cons: Sometimes during peak project cycles, the workload for a Project Coordinator can get quite heavy, which occasionally impacts work-life balance. Pros: The best part about TechServ Engineering is definitely the people. My team is fantastic, very collaborative, and always willing to help each other out. I've learned a lot in my role, especially working on different client projects in the engineering services sector. The Tyler, TX office has a good, relaxed atmosphere, and management is generally approachable.
Cons: While the work is engaging, project timelines can sometimes feel a bit ambitious, leading to occasional crunch times. Communication on cross-departmental dependencies could also be smoother. Sometimes the legacy systems we work with require a lot of careful handling, which can slow down progress on newer initiatives.
Advice to Management: Consider investing more in updating legacy systems and streamlining cross-team communication channels to improve project efficiency and reduce developer burnout.
