Good overall experience, solid company
Pros: I appreciated the collaborative atmosphere and the genuine efforts of my colleagues. There's a decent emphasis on professional development, and the leadership team is accessible. The Greensboro office has a friendly vibe, making daily work pleasant. Work flexibility is also a big plus.
Cons: While many aspects are good, project management could be more streamlined, leading to occasional bottlenecks. Sometimes, communication between departments could be clearer to avoid confusion or duplicated efforts.
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing cross-departmental communication and optimizing project workflows to boost efficiency further. Continue supporting remote and hybrid work models.
