Pros: I really liked the hybrid work model here. As a Marketing Specialist, that flexibility was a huge plus. We had monthly team lunches which were nice, helping us connect a bit. It's a generally friendly environment for a mid-sized tech company.
Cons: The culture feels a bit disjointed, especially with the hybrid setup. It's tough to build strong team bonds when you don't see people often. Leadership could also do a lot better at communicating with everyone; it sometimes feels like we're in the dark.
Advice to Management: Focus on more intentional team-building activities, especially for hybrid teams. Improve communication from leadership to help everyone feel more connected to the company's direction. Invest in some mentorship programs.
