Pros: The best part of CleanCloud is definitely the people. It's a very collaborative and supportive tech team that truly works together. I've enjoyed the challenging problems we tackle and the opportunity to work with modern cloud technologies. The flexibility to work remotely in the Buenos Aires office is also a big plus for maintaining work-life balance.
Cons: While the team is great, internal processes could be more streamlined. Sometimes, communication between departments or clarity on project scope could be better managed to avoid bottlenecks. It feels like a growing company still figuring out some of its larger operational efficiencies, which can occasionally lead to minor frustrations.
Advice to Management: Consider investing in clearer cross-departmental communication tools and standardized project management workflows to enhance operational efficiency. This would help leverage the team's great collaborative spirit even further.
