Pros: My salary as a Data Scientist here is pretty competitive for San Francisco. The health insurance is actually pretty solid, which is a big plus. We also have a decent 401k match, which helps a lot.
Cons: Annual raises are really small, don't expect much there. Stock options are almost non-existent for non-leadership roles. The paternity leave policy isn't great compared to other big tech companies.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the stock option grants and improving leave policies to attract and retain top talent, especially for tech roles.
