Pros: As a Software Engineer, the day-to-day is usually chill. You can mostly stick to a 40-hour week if you're good at managing your tasks. The Austin, TX office is nice, too.
Cons: When a big project drops, forget your evenings and weekends. This is common in big tech, and it really messes with your work-life balance. It's tough to plan anything outside of work during those periods.
