Pros: The job security is excellent, which is a huge plus. We have a great team, and my colleagues are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The benefits package is solid, and the work-life balance generally allows for a personal life. Being part of the university community is also a unique and rewarding aspect.
Cons: Sometimes, bureaucratic processes can slow down project implementation or adoption of new technologies. Communication between different departments within ISC could also be more streamlined. While the pay is decent, it's not as competitive as some private sector tech roles in Philadelphia.
