Pros: I've really grown as a Lead Esthetician here at Tranquility Spa. There are always opportunities for training on new techniques and products, which is great for a wellness professional in the beauty industry. My colleagues are super supportive, and we learn a lot from each other. It's a stable company with a good atmosphere.
Cons: While there's plenty of learning, the path to formal promotions can feel a bit slow sometimes. It'd be great to have more structured career development plans for senior roles. Also, some days can get incredibly busy, especially around holidays.
