Pros: They do offer some good learning opportunities, especially for junior Software Engineers coming into the tech industry. I've picked up a lot of new skills on specific projects. The initial onboarding support was solid too.
Cons: Career growth is really slow after your first year here. It's tough to get promotions or switch teams for more senior roles in software development. I saw many colleagues leave because of this bottleneck.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and invest more in internal mobility for us Software Engineers. It'd help a lot with retention.
