Pros: Working at PulsePoint as a Director, AdTech Data Strategy & Solutions (Remote, U.S.) offers a fantastic package. The compensation is genuinely competitive for the AdTech industry, and the benefits, especially healthcare and PTO, are robust and support a great work-life balance. The remote work flexibility is outstanding, allowing for personal commitments while maintaining productivity. I also really appreciate the collaborative company culture; everyone's pretty supportive. There are clear
Cons: While there's a lot to like, some areas could use minor improvements. Sometimes, during peak project cycles, the workload can become quite heavy, making it challenging to maintain the usual work-life balance. Also, internal communication across different departments, particularly concerning cross-functional AdTech initiatives, could be more streamlined. Sometimes it feels like approvals for new data strategy approaches can take a bit longer than ideal, which can slow down innovation slightly.
Advice to Management: My advice to PulsePoint leadership would be to continue investing in tools and processes that enhance cross-departmental communication and streamline project approval workflows. This would help alleviate some of the workload pressures during busy periods and accelerate new AdTech data strategy

Pros: The base salary for my role as an Account Manager was competitive for the NYC market. It was a solid offer, especially for a mid-sized company in ad tech. We got paid on time, which is always good.
Cons: The health benefits weren't great, pretty high deductibles. There aren't many extra perks or bonuses like some bigger ad tech companies offer. I felt like the 401k match could be much better.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the health insurance plans and maybe bumping up the 401k matching. It would really help retain talent in this competitive ad tech market.
