Good Creative Agency, Room for Improvement
Pros: The best part about Kirkpatrick Creative is the genuine sense of teamwork and the creative freedom given on many projects. It's a smaller agency feel, which means you get to wear multiple hats and see your work from concept to completion. The flexibility for remote work and adjusted hours is excellent, making it easy to manage personal life.
Cons: While collaboration is strong, sometimes project timelines can feel a bit rushed, especially during peak seasons. Management could be more proactive in communicating company-wide changes, as information sometimes feels a little trickle-down. The pay, while competitive, isn't industry-leading.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured professional development programs to help team members grow their skills and advance within the agency.
