Pros: As a Management Trainee, I got to rotate through several departments, which was excellent for learning the ropes of the engineering and manufacturing industry. The team collaboration was strong, and senior staff were generally supportive, always willing to explain complex processes. I learned a lot about water management systems and manufacturing processes, enhancing my practical skills.

It would be helpful to have more structured progression plans to understand the next steps and long-term opportunities within this industrial company.
