review and is evolving.
Pros: The biggest draw is definitely the mission. You're working on campaigns and for organizations you can feel good about. The projects are often cutting-edge in the political tech space, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new digital strategies and tools. The colleagues I worked with were exceptionally bright and committed, and the collaborative spirit among the project teams was a definite plus.
Cons: The pace can be relentless, especially during election cycles or major advocacy pushes. While flexibility is often available, this can sometimes mean longer hours than expected to meet client demands. Some project approvals or internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency, especially when juggling multiple high-priority client needs within the digital marketing industry.
Advice to Management: Consider clearer delegation of high-level strategic decisions and more robust project management tools to better handle the intense workloads during peak campaign periods. This could help alleviate some of the pressure on individual team members and ensure smoother client service.
