Pros: I appreciate the collaborative environment at FMX. My colleagues are smart and always willing to help, which makes tackling complex data science challenges much easier. The company offers good flexibility with remote work options, allowing me to manage my personal life effectively. The exposure to various client projects in the analytics sector has been valuable for my professional development.
Cons: While leadership is generally supportive, strategic direction could sometimes be clearer, leading to occasional shifts in project priorities. More structured career progression paths for individual contributors would be beneficial to help navigate growth within the firm. Sometimes project timelines feel a bit ambitious, putting pressure on the team.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer long-term strategic roadmaps and enhance formal mentorship programs to support junior talent growth within the analytics consulting space.

Pros: The hybrid model works okay; we're in the Columbus, Ohio office about 3 days a week. For Software Engineer roles, there's some flexibility to shift your in-office days if something comes up. I appreciate having WFH options a few days a week.
Cons: Full remote work isn't really an option for most technical roles, which can be a bummer. Sometimes the core hours feel a bit strict for a modern software company. Wish there were more WFH options, especially for long-term employees.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more remote flexibility for senior technical roles. It would really help with retention and attract more talent in the competitive SaaS industry.

Pros: The base salary is pretty decent for a Client Success Manager at a growing startup. I do appreciate the remote from home setup, which saves money on commuting. It's a nice perk to have that flexibility.
Cons: However, the benefits package isn't great. Health insurance costs are high, and the plans aren't super comprehensive. For the SaaS industry, the PTO policy feels a bit light, and it's tough to take long breaks.
Advice to Management: FMX management should seriously look at beefing up the benefits package. Better health insurance options and more competitive PTO would make a huge difference in retention for roles across the board, especially for those in client-facing positions.
