People are generally willing to help each other out, which makes dealing with busy periods much easier.
Cons: While job security is a strong suit, communication from higher leadership about company-wide changes or long-term strategy could be more transparent. Sometimes, changes happen without much advance notice. Also, during peak production times, the workload can feel intense, and there's a desire for a bit more flexibility in task assignments to help manage the pressure.
