Pros: The collaborative spirit and emphasis on continuous learning are huge pluses. You get to work with cutting-edge tech in the tech industry and are encouraged to experiment. The team I was on was supportive, and it was easy to find mentors. Flexibility in remote work arrangements was also a definite perk, making it easier to manage personal life.
Cons: While the teams are great, there were times when the overall company strategy or project priorities felt a little fluid. This could lead to some re-scoping or shifts in direction that were a bit disruptive. Sometimes, I wished for more definitive long-term roadmaps from the top leadership. The pay and benefits are decent but not top-tier compared to some competitors.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering innovation and cross-team collaboration. Consider providing more detailed, long-term strategic roadmaps to enhance clarity and project stability for all employees.
