The team at our Glenshaw, PA facility is experienced and always willing to help, fostering a great learning environment. It feels like a stable job within the manufacturing industry. The company invests in good equipment and proper training.
Cons: Sometimes during peak seasons, the workload for powder coating can get pretty intense, making it challenging to dedicate time to official training programs outside of on-the-job learning.
