Pros: You get to dive deep into SaaS product development and the projects are genuinely interesting. The team in the San Francisco office and those working remote are super supportive, which helps a lot when things get hectic.
Cons: The work-life balance is a constant struggle here. As a Product Manager, I often worked 50+ hours a week, especially during release cycles. It's tough to really disconnect, and I think that leads to burnout.
Advice to Management: Try to set more realistic project timelines. It would really help with employee burnout and improve the overall work-life balance for everyone, especially in product management.
