Pros: The team atmosphere is great here. Everyone generally helps each other out on the shop floor, which makes tough days much easier. I've learned a lot about the door manufacturing process and gained valuable skills in assembly and finishing. The work is consistent, which is a big plus for job security.
Cons: The physical demands of the job can be high, especially during peak seasons. Sometimes, communication from upper management could be clearer regarding production changes or company updates. Occasional mandatory overtime can impact work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the team spirit on the floor. Improving communication channels from leadership down to production staff would also be beneficial for everyone.
