Pros: I appreciate the team atmosphere here at MTI Baths. We often help each other out on the production floor, which makes the day go by smoother. Learning the different aspects of manufacturing acrylic bathtubs and sinks has been interesting, and the work itself is engaging if you like hands-on tasks. It feels like a stable company within the home building products industry.
Cons: Sometimes the workflow can get pretty intense during peak seasons, leading to longer hours than usual if overtime is mandatory. While there are paths for advancement, formal career growth opportunities beyond moving to a different production line or a skilled trade role could be more clearly defined for associates looking to move up into supervisory or technical positions. Communication on broader company goals could also be improved.
Advice to Management: Consider developing more structured, visible career progression paths for manufacturing associates. Clearer communication about company-wide initiatives and strategic direction could also foster greater engagement among the production teams.
