Pros: The best part about META Circularity is definitely the mission-driven work. It's rewarding to contribute to actual sustainability goals and circular economy initiatives. The team environment is very collaborative; people are generally willing to help out and share knowledge. I've learned a lot about industry best practices in a short time. Remote work flexibility is also a huge plus.
Cons: While teamwork is strong, communication between departments could sometimes be clearer, leading to occasional misunderstandings on project scope or deliverables. Workload can get intense during peak project phases, and sometimes it feels like there isn't enough buffer time. More structured career progression discussions would also be beneficial as I grow in my role.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more cross-departmental syncs to improve communication flow and project alignment. Also, developing clearer pathways for career advancement for junior roles would be greatly appreciated by employees looking to grow long-term with the company.
