Pros: As a Software Engineer, I've had some really good mentors here. My direct manager in the Austin office was solid, always gave clear technical direction. There's a lot of focus on growth if you're proactive about asking for it.
Cons: Upper management, though, feels pretty disconnected from the day-to-day. Strategic decisions for our tech startup often come out of nowhere. It's tough to get clear answers on company direction, which can be frustrating for the dev teams.
