Pros: I really enjoyed the collaborative spirit among colleagues at ECHO. Cons: While work-life balance is generally good, project deadlines can sometimes lead to intense periods requiring longer hours, though this wasn't the norm. Getting certain approvals or accessing resources could occasionally feel a bit bureaucratic, slowing down progress. Career progression felt a bit unclear at times, depending heavily on project availability and internal visibility.
Advice to Management: Consider standardizing some approval processes and creating clearer pathways for career advancement, perhaps with more defined performance metrics or mentorship programs. Better visibility on upcoming roles or development opportunities could also be beneficial for employee retention.
