Pros: The best part about working here is definitely the flexibility they offer. As a Document Management Analyst, I appreciate the ability to work remotely most days, which really helps with work-life balance. The team I work with is great, very collaborative and supportive. The company handles IT services and document solutions for clients, making the work feel meaningful.
Cons: While flexibility is high, internal communication can sometimes be a bit slow, leading to minor delays on certain projects. Some of the older internal processes could be updated to be more efficient, which is something I've noted but haven't seen addressed systemically. It’s not a dealbreaker, but small tweaks could make a big difference.
Advice to Management: Consider more regular town halls or internal updates to keep everyone aligned. Investing in updating some legacy processes would also boost efficiency and employee satisfaction across the board.
