Pros: The engineering team is fantastic, very supportive and knowledgeable. We work on interesting problems related to port management software, which is quite niche. The company culture promotes a lot of collaboration, and I learned a lot from my peers. Flexible work arrangements are also a big plus.
Cons: Career advancement paths aren't always super clear, which can make it hard to know what to aim for. Sometimes project priorities shift quite rapidly, leading to a bit of re-work. The compensation is decent, but might not be top-tier compared to some other tech firms in the city.
