Changing Perceptions serves justice-impacted adults and their families across the Washington metropolitan area, with special emphasis on Wards 5, 7 and 8 in the District of Columbia, where barriers to employment, housing, and mental-health supports are greatest. Our participants are resilient individuals returning home from incarceration, motivated to stabilize, reconnect with family, and contribute to their communities.
