Cotton Patch Cafe was born in Nacogdoches, TX in 1989. The idea was simple. Make classic Texas recipes from scratch and serve them with the kind of hospitality that you can only find in Texas.
From those first days in the Cotton Patch kitchen, we’ve always understood that good flavor takes hard work. There are no traffic jams on the extra mile. That’s the secret to our success.
Each and every day, we show up early, roll up our sleeves, and chop, blend, batter, and freshly prepare every recipe. When you see the pride on our face, it’s because we know what it took to make every bite taste that good.
